- To reserve a room, a credit card is required.
- Charges include food and beverage sales, 20% gratuity, and 8% sales tax.
- A cancellation notice is necessary 48 hours before your scheduled event.
- For events canceled after these 48 hours, a fee of $25 per person will be charged.
- For private events, all menus are pre-set (view options above).
- We offer a package of these pre-set menus for your consideration, based on our current restaurant selections.
- You can mix and match these menus to suit your requirements, though additional charges may apply.
- We provide hors d'oeuvres menus for cocktail parties.
- The room is reserved in 3-hour intervals.
- Special exceptions can be made if your event needs to run longer than that.
- Parties with fewer than 10 people in the Boardroom may be moved to the main dining room.
- The same applies to Club Room parties with fewer than 20 people.
- A $25 fee per person below the minimum is charged to keep the reserved room.
- Absolutely, but it's important to note that while the rooms are private, they're not completely soundproof.
- The Boardroom includes a plasma TV that can connect to a laptop for presentations.
- Screen and Projector rental for your private event can be arranged. Charges will be based on your needs and added to your final bill.
- Supply your own place cards if designated seating is required.
- We will print personalized group menus.
- We can coordinate floral arrangements upon request.
- Private rooms are available for evening private events starting at 4:00 pm.
- A credit card is required to secure your private event room.
- The balance of your bill must be paid after the event by cash or credit card.
